• We will prepare your Site Plan Application, Committee of  Adjustment, Rezoning,               Minor Variance, Conservation  Authority application and attend city  & community hearing and consultation

• We will assist you in building permit application and securing your Permit

 

Construction Development/ Bidding and Negotiation Phase

• We prepare your working drawings for subcontractor, contractors, supplier and City submission

 

Construction Phase

•  We conduct site review and prepare reports, certificates and sign off.
